I don't think you can get it aftermarket, but I am conveinced that if you take your current hose to an auto parts store they will find a molded hose that you can cut to make it fit your circulation pump."

I did take the hose to our NAP

I did take the hose to our NAPA store and the lower radiator hose for a 91-96 Ford Escort with 1.9 liter engine has the exact bend in it and right diameter for a perfect fit. $14.98 verses volvo price of $69.00 plus shipping.
