Engine runs well at all speeds under load including idling under load
After idling in Neutral for brief moment, engine stops. Very hard starting unless throttle is opened up some."

"Bobby, sounds like it may be flooding out on you (slightly). Do you notice it spitting gas out the exhaust when trying to get it restarted?

Or alternately, can remove the hood, pump the primer and look to see if you get any gas coming out of the throat of the carb...."
