What is the normal idle temp

What is the normal idle temp for 1988 Crusader 350's? Both of mine are running ~200 degrees at idle. I have installed new thermostats / new AF / new temp sending units / HE's cleaned / helm gauges checked / raw water pump impeller checked / hoses checked / raw water pickup checked / seacocks fully open / sea strainers cleaned / oil coolers clear. Water temp ~70 degrees. Is this too hot?

The other thing to check is how the sending units were installed. When I first installed the sending units in my Crusaders, I was trying to be a good boy and used teflon tape on the bushing and sending unit threads. The tape insulated the ground on the sending unit and threw off the accuracy of the instrumentation. "
