I bought some used parts and

I bought some used parts and want to verify if they are good before I put them in my spare box.
 
with that part number I would

with that part number I would assume it is a johnson/evinrude motor. Triggers can be tested with a multimeter. If you post the model number im sure someone will jump in and give you the exact readings that that part should read.
