The electrical system seems t

The electrical system seems to be fine or at least all cylinders are getting good blue spark. I sprayed carb cleaner in the carb throats and the 1st and second cylinders choked down but the 3rd and the 4th accelarated. Got any Ideas?

" First, never use spray carb cleaner on an outboard motor. It displaces the oil and fuel and can damage the engine.
It sounds like you need to rebuild the carbs. Get a manual, get the proper overhaul kit, and take your time.
