I have a 1993 30hp evinrude that alarms a constant ring after prolonged idoling...when i try to throttle up it surges and won't speed up.it just goes vroom.......vroom........vroom...other wise it runs great and alarm quits sometimes on it's own and throttle control goes back to normal....any ideals???
