    Suzuki 70 fuel issue?

    Hello all, I have a 70 4 stroke. Recently had a new throttle handle and fuel line put in. Now, the engine will start, but as soon as I get underway, it is as if it is not getting enough fuel. It wll run wide open, then throttle down, then I can get it back to top speed again, then down again...
