    Grounding transfer tank to boat while fueling with gasoline ?

    I know the tank is to be bonded to the ground in the boat.. but does a portable tank on a trailer with a 120VAC 3/4hp. centrifugal pump need a ground run to boat?

    Rocker arm bolt sealant necessary? 7.4 MIE

    1995 Mercruiser 7.4 Inboard ser; 0F563022 just found a manual that says to use perfect seal, I only used a sealant on the head bolts thru the water jacket. Didn't think the bolt holes for the rockers were in the jacket. These are bolts not studs. Will I see any problems if I leave them alone...
