    On the 20 hp 4stroke carburetor, there is a Plunger Cap Cover(rubber boot) item 17 ,in diagram. If this has been torn or unseated. Will this cause problems,such as stalling,and poor idling?

    I've been asked to install new turbo on TMD22.Old parts were disposed of. My Question, Where does the Small hose from the top of Fuel injection pump attach at or near the Turbo?
