    Ford Lehman 120 won't exceed 1500rpm when in gear

    Hello, I recently changed oil and replace an old valve on fuel tank that was sucking air. Boat has been setting for two months and just set out from Marina. When in gear the port engine will exceed 1500rpm but it will rev up at in neutral. Any suggestions? Jim
