    Always needing starting fluid to start Merc engine

    We have a Mercury 200 OB engine that ALWAYS seem to need starting fluid to start the motor even though it's a later model, fuel injected engine. I'm assuming no choke, since it's fuel injected but might there be some sort of primer solenoid that needs to be engaged when starting the motor...
