    1996 7.4L LX Intermittent clattering?

    I have an intermittent clattering noise towards the front of my 1996 7.4L LX (with Bravo 3) engine. It is a fuel injected unit. The clattering is intermittent and does not seem to correspond to anything in particular. Just comes and goes . Only notice at idle. Hoping it is just a water pump...

    Broken studs on forward motor mounts - 454 w/ B3 in 1996 Splendor Cat

    I just bought at 1996 Splendor 240 with a 7.4 LX and B3. Boat is in fantastic shape and only has 280 hours on it. I was scrambling around the engine compartment and noticed that one stud on each forward motor mount was sheared off. The mounts were not lag bolted in but rather had SS studs coming...
