    2007 BF 50 won't return to idle

    Intermittently after motoring ,when I pull back on throttle. 2007 Bf 50 it will only rev back to about 2000 rpm,I then have to wait 1,2,5, minutes and then it will drop the rest of the way back to idle before I can shift to neutral Obviously very annoying and dangerous when wanting to slow down...
