    Gear box

    I have two 200hp cummins engines driving Hamilton jets through 1:1 gearboxes. The engines are never under any strain and the boat only does 16 knots. I was thinking the impellors would need more revs. Is there such a thing as a 1:2 gearbox and if so would this work? Thanks Paul
