    B100l 9.9 charging issues.

    Ive got an older 9.9 on my sailboat...and it doesnt seem to be charging. Dont know alot about ob's....but with a dummy light...there wasnt any power coming from the rubber plug in the side where the elect. plugs in. Any help, ideas, magic would be sooo grateful!!
