    Engine running rough

    I have a 1990 Mercury 200hp I took it out the other day and it idled really rough and wouldn't rev past 3000rpm. The last time I used it was about a month or so ago and it ran fine,so I'm a bit at a loss at what the problem is any suggestions would be appreciated.
