    1976 evinrude 6hp won't run

    Hello I have a 1976 6hp. It will start right up and idle great. I can start to go and when I speed it up and get on top it kicks and starts to rev high rpm's and won't go anywhere as if I stuck it in neutral. But it's in forward. They prop is not spun. Any ideas or suggestions?
