    Mariner 1995 electronics on a 200 block. Removed motor from boat (running). Been on stand for approx. 4 months. Hooked up battery, fuel, water tried to start found no spark. Sent off ECU, no faults found, complete refund. replaced crank position sensor and stator. no spark. check all wiring...
