    Honda BF75 (7.5 hp) no increase in speed above half throttle

    I have a Honda BF75 (7-1/2 hp). It idles well and runs well up to about 1/2 throttle. Above half throttle there is no increase in speed and around 3/4 throttle it sputters and backfires. I've cleaned the carburetor and changed the fuel lines.
