    2004 honda 25 can't put in gear until it's warmed up

    Hi everyone. My honda starts one the first or second pull and idles good. Runs great when it's warmed up but it takes about 3 min. Before I can put it in gear or it will stall only on cold starts. The choke seems to be a non adjustable electric type?
