    quick silver remote

    I got a 1982'ish quick silver control to.a 40hp, there isa button at the bottom of the shifter, says throttle only, guess it doesn't work cause can't get throttle forward without imaging the gear. Need a diagram of it, any help.would be great

    Fuel Pump- Parts

    I have a 1982 Mariner 40E, witch = to a Mariner40C twin carb or Yamaha 40FE (learned this from galamb, great help) was built by Yamaha for Mercury for the Mariner line, anyway, trying to find a fuel pump, does any one know what year models and motor sizes are interchangeable ,

    lower unit

    Got a 40hp when shifter is in forward position, prop can be turned by hand CW with clicking sound like not ingauged but can not turn CCW haven't dropped lower unit yet. Any ideas ?
