    Yanmar KM4A gearbox ratio change

    I am in a repower project on my sailboat and the prop shop says my propeller will spin to fast and is too small to be efficient for my boat. It has an aperture limited to about 19" prop. How hard/expensive would it be to change the ration in my KM4A 2.14 to 2.63?
