    1997 40hp Force Wont start please help

    "I have put in a new carb kit, "I have put in a new carb kit, new spark plugs, new fuel and it still wont turn over. If I let it sit for about 5 mins after trying to start it tries to start then fizzles and dies. its like it isnt getting any gas at all, just wont quite turnover to start sounds...
