    1988 4.3l. lower trim

    I have a 1988 OMC 4.3l cobra. I just got it. It needs a new starter, but I can't afford one right now. I have winterized it. It's ready to put to bed for our long winter. The lower unit is in the up position. Is there a way I could lower it without any power? Another words manually?
