    1985 Mariner 90HP Outboard. How to test the temp alarm buzzer????

    My motor has a temp alarm buzzer, but my question is how do I test it properly??? I assume there are two tests. #1 Testing the buzzer itself (what is the best way to do this) #2 How in the world would I test the temp switch, without actually overheating the motor?!?!? LOL!
