    dropped foot again shifts fine while out, no claws to keep mtr down in rev, all thats between the brackets is shallow water bar, put foot in fwd, motor in fwd slid back in motor, stuck in fwd now, wth!!!

    ill look tomorrow in the daylight! gear case is free spinning yes i replaced the water pump and was 100% sure i had it in reverse on the foot, ill drop it and re-check thanks guys ill keep you updated

    serial#3732133 stuck in reverse, i see the linkage under the carb, there is a spring loaded "cam" that locks into the shifter gear, i pulled back on that cam and tried to shift it to neutral or fwd, no luck what is wrong?
