    I'll try again: what to do about 1986 75 Mariner/possible low compression?

    After reading all the great replies and thinking about it for a while, although I can't afford it, I think I'm going to tear it down. I'm thinking, reguardless of whats causing the low compression, I'm either going to have to tear it down or junk it and it won't cost me anything to tear it down...
