    1978 evinrude tilt and trim

    the manual release on my 1978 tilt trim seams to leak around the release valve. i know it needs a new o ring and retaining clip. my question is The bottom of the manual release has a rubber seal. is that seal replaceable or do i need to get a whole new valve. do these valves wear out. HELP...
