    Moter starts but dies and wont tick over

    Hello , I have aquired a Johnson 50 hp of 1992 vintage , the problem is it starts very easily and can be kept running for a short while by balancing the autochoke (key pushed in type ) and the fast run starting lever. I have just removed the carbs and to my dismay they are clean ! so no easy fix...
