    We have a fairly new Tohatsu 30 four stroke with only 30 hours use. We leave the engine tilted on the boat for fairly long periods between use. When we come to use it the engine starts immediately but very quickly, say 30 seconds or so, the red light comes on and the engine drops into safe mode...
