    Idle Adjustment 1982 15 HP

    I have a 1982 15HP Evinrude, I am replacing a broken Idle knob and screw. What is a good starting point for adjustment. Not sure how far out i need to screw it in. Thank you

    E15ecnc Frozen Trottle

    I have a Evenrude outboard and can only run at idle speed. The gear shaft assembly is free and the gear controller shaft on the inside wont rotate the vertical control shaft. Is there anything i need to do that might be looking the shaft from turning or is it seized.

    76' Johnson rewinder starter issue

    I have a 76 Johnson 6 hp. When i did a carb rebuild i had to remove the rewind starter (http://www.boats.net/parts/search/BRP/JOHNSON/1976/6R76A/REWIND%20STARTER/parts.html). I know how to put it back together except on how to re wind it the right way.Do i charge it clockwise or counter...
