    Water running out wrong area

    on A 1980 150HP Evinrude V6 I have water & exhaust coming from right under were exhaust shaft bolts up to the powerheat, or motor bolts up somewere in there Im sure its not suppose to be comming from.     I have a 1980 150hp evinruder and I have water coming from were the lower unit bolts up is there suppose to be gasket there? or how do I fix this?

    Tohatsu no rpms and no power

    I have a M70A 1987 Tohatsu outboard motor, Was running fine then just all the sudden now I have no rpms or no power it may move about 2 to 3 mph. But at wot it got real low rps and and pick up nomore. Runs great in out of grear and seem to have fine rmps in reverse. but not foward under load...
