    johnson 48 spl

    i just bought a 16 foot heavy flat bottom with the 48 spl ! somebody replaced the water pump and now it is in gear in neutral position. i read how to adjust this problem seems to be to shift rod wont adjust to required measurements. any suggestions appreciated thanks rob
