    1992 DT 40 -- Power Tilt SLOW

    When the motor goes up it's very, very slow and weak, and then it bleeds down fast. I've checked the hydraulic reservoir, and it's full. And there are no visible external fluid leaks. Any help would be HUGELY appreciated.
