    I'm going to replace the impeller on my 25 hp merc. Is there any advice or tricks that might help this process? Anything is appreciated.

    Minn Kota Endura 46

    I bought this from a private party used and I assumed it was a transom mount. In the water mounted to the transom rev went foward and foward went rev. I finally figured that if it were mounted by the bow it would operate properly. Can I change anything so it's correct when mounted on the transom?

    Anyone know what XD means as in 25 XD? Any tips on this motor?

    mercury 25 hp XD

    My 25 hp mercury has a broken shift link. It has a plastic ball end and they are no longer available anywhere. Any body have a fix for this. Part # 193852 they are obsolete. Make my own from other linkage parts???????????
