    Yamaha 6hp 2 stroke starts but stalls when choke is disengaged

    "Can anyone tell me why my 6hp "Can anyone tell me why my 6hp Yamaha outboard starts on the first pull with the choke on, but as soon as you push the choke back in the motor stalls? If I partiallly engage the choke the motor will continue running. What do I do to fix this situation?"
