    fuel mix on 1988 30hp evinrude

    i just bought 1988 evinrude 30hp with shortshaft but i just noticed label on motor say 100:1 so i never seen before i usally use 50:1 8 oz oil for 6 gal but 88 30hp i should use 100:1?? that will be 16 oz for 6 gal!
