    This engine has not been run in 12yrs, Cleaned carb, checked spark, OK, new plug. When I try to start, pulling cord, it is very hard turning the propeller slowly even hard to pull if plug is out. I ran this engine in the 80's and don't remember having this heavy pull.Would someone please...
