    1979 blueband 50 hp mercury ptt set up

    HI i have a problem with my ptt controls it raisers all right and goes down allright but when the engine is being tilited up and the button is released it creeps back down and will not stay up. Maybe i have it wired up wrong can anyone help me out with this one or maybe a wirering instructions...
