    1999 Mariner 8HP dies slowly at full throttle

    Engine works fine, runs and idles like new, can go for days at 1/4 throttle, then past half and into full will die out or bog after short time, put it back in neutral and will still idle. After shutting engine off for 30 seconds, runs fine at full throttle for about 15 secs and dies again...
