    1989 force 85 hp Need location of model number

    On my 1989 force, 85 hp I Just need model number (which will look something like 856X5L and is normally on a sticker on the port side of the leg just below the cowl...unfortunately this tag is worn away. Is there another place to find the number?

    will not come out of gear 1989 85 hp

    1989 Force 85....runs great BUT stuck in gear The engine is on a 1989 Bayliner and runs absolutly great but when returning back to the dock,I couldnt get it to go back out of forward gear.It still starts and runs fine it just will not come out of gear. If I go into the reverse...
