    93 Johnson Fuel pump problems

    The VRO on my 93 60hp Johnson has been disabled for some time. Now the fuel pump will not lift enough to keep the top carb bowl full. Can I rebuild the fuel pump only with part 436095? Do I need the air motor kit? Can I throw out the whole mess and buy another fuel pump without VRO? Thx.
