    First timer here..hope you can First timer here..hope you can help me out. I have a 1998 200 Ocean Runner pushing my 23 ft. Sea Era walkaround. It moves pretty good at about 37 mph according to GPS. At WOT I am only getting 4250 rpm's which some have suggested means that I am over-propped...
