    Force 120hp wonbt come up on plane

    I have a 1999 force that has b I have a 1999 force that has been setting for a while took it out the other evening after draining the gas and putting new in. Idles fine but when I go wide open throttle it will not come up on plane. It didn't miss or anything like that. It ran good. Don't know...
