    Merc 120 Carb Question

    I have a 1976 merc 120 the car I have a 1976 merc 120 the carb (2bl roch) is sucking air from where the bottom butterfly shaft goes thru and where the chock plate goes thru. My question is it worth trying to rebuild it? Or is it just time for a new one? TIA

    Reverse Lock wiring

    I have a 1976 Regal 17'6&# I have a 1976 Regal 17'6" w/mercruiser 120 that someone has taken the 2 wires on the reverse lock off(1 black and 1 looks like Purp with white stripe ) . I know the black is ground but where does the other wire go on the trim pump ? TIA
