    2 questions on a 23L

    "1 - where is the exhaust supp "1 - where is the exhaust supposed to exit?     My tach does not work. It show My tach does not work. It shows 3K at idle and I can tell from the motor sound it's not that high. When I turn off motor tach stays around 2K.     Looking for info on a 1990 4 winns with 23l

    I just picked up a freedom 170 I just picked up a freedom 170 bowrider. How reliable are these? The motor is rebuilt with approx 20 hrs and very clean. What problems to watch for? What is the hp rating for this? I've heard 90 & 115.
