    Dt150 efi engine turns but has no spark no fuel

    I have bought this engine with I have bought this engine without controls . I purchased a set of controls for that particular engine with all gauges and e mergency safety switch . Hooked it up and it cranks fine and has good compression but does not have any spark nor does the fuel pump turn...
