    70 HP Force mid 90s

    My 70 HP starts well and power My 70 HP starts well and powers up well but loses power after maybe 5mins of running at highish revs. If you leave it a few minutes and re-start it runs with no problem. Any ideas? Carb. adjustment needed?

    "Looking at buying a boat with "Looking at buying a boat with a 70 Hp Force. From having had a look at the posts it seems that these were made from 1991-1995, are they Mercury Force’s or does that rage pre-date the buyout? Anything that is particularly prone to going wrong with them? Thanks"
