    2714e injector pump timing

    i have a minimec injector pump i have a minimec injector pump.does any one know how to time this it says #1 spill time 20*degrees b.t.d.c. that is set by pump i know but the engine needs to be 20* btdc or at top dead center. i really could use the help thanks.thats on a ford 120 hp 2714e
