    3.0l jasper reman. no power

    I just installed a 3.0l jasper reman long block. It runs great untill you put it under load. I took it to the lake and it got up to 2200 rpm's with 4 people in the boat. I have checked the spark, retimed it according to factory specs. I have checked for fuel issues and everything looks good...
